From regional authorised retailers to flagship luxury boutiques, we recruit professionals at every stage of their careers.
The roles
Watch sales professional and specialist. Opportunities within established authorised dealerships, luxury watch showrooms and prestigious mono-brand boutiques. These positions require strong product knowledge, exceptional client service and the ability to develop lasting relationships with discerning collectors and customers. Basic salaries typically range from £28,000 to £40,000, with higher salaries available in London. Commission can represent a significant proportion of the overall remuneration package, particularly within established Rolex and Patek Philippe retail environments.
Showroom and boutique management. Management opportunities within luxury watch retailers, authorised dealerships and flagship boutiques. Responsibilities extend beyond sales performance and team leadership to include client relationship management, watch allocations, waiting lists, operational standards and the overall boutique experience. Appointments range from showroom and boutique managers to senior retail leadership and boutique directors.
After-sales and service. Specialist opportunities supporting the servicing, maintenance and ongoing care of luxury timepieces. Positions include after-sales advisors, watch technicians and service centre coordinators, requiring a combination of technical understanding, organisational skills and professional client communication.

Do I need previous Rolex experience to be considered?
Not necessarily. While some appointments require specific Rolex experience, many employers welcome professionals with experience representing other prestigious watch brands or a strong background in luxury retail sales. Relevant product knowledge, client relationship skills and a proven commitment to exceptional service provide a strong foundation.
Are luxury watch opportunities available outside London?
Yes. Official Rolex retailers and luxury watch boutiques operate across Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham, Leeds, Glasgow and the South Coast, alongside numerous other UK locations. We recruit for luxury watch sales, boutique management and after-sales positions nationwide.
