Jewellery jobs and luxury jewellery careers

Discover exceptional career opportunities across the jewellery and luxury watch industry.

Established in 2007, Jewellery Stylist is a specialist recruitment consultancy connecting talented professionals with some of the most prestigious jewellery houses, luxury watch brands and independent jewellers in the UK and internationally.

From luxury retail and specialist craftsmanship to head office operations and senior executive appointments, our expertise spans the full spectrum of the jewellery and watch industry.

With nearly two decades of industry experience, we understand the skills, expertise and professionalism required to succeed in this highly specialised sector.

What we recruit for

Luxury jewellery and watch retail. Sales professionals, client advisors, senior sales consultants, boutique managers, store directors, regional managers and retail operations professionals, with prestigious jewellery houses, internationally recognised watch brands, luxury boutiques and established independent jewellers.

Watchmaking, goldsmithing and technical careers. Watchmakers, including those trained by Rolex and Patek Philippe, goldsmiths, diamond setters, polishers, jewellery repair specialists, workshop managers and technical directors, for leading manufacturers, luxury watch retailers, authorised service centres and specialist workshops.

Jewellery design, buying and merchandising. Jewellery designers, CAD designers, gemmologists, diamond buyers, procurement specialists, product development managers and merchandising professionals.

Jewellery and watch head office careers. Behind every successful luxury business is a team supporting its operations. We recruit across finance, human resources, marketing, public relations, e-commerce, IT, logistics, supply chain, inventory management, quality control, administration and customer experience.

Senior management and executive appointments. Boutique and retail directors, heads of department, operations directors, commercial directors, managing directors and other senior leadership appointments within the luxury sector, often managed as confidential searches.

Opportunities you will not see advertised

Not every exceptional career opportunity is publicly advertised. Through our long-established relationships with luxury jewellery houses, watch brands and specialist businesses, we are frequently entrusted with vacancies that are managed discreetly and never appear on traditional job boards. Registering with Jewellery Stylist means you are considered for these positions as they arise, including confidential appointments with some of the industry's most respected employers.

How we work

A career move in this industry is a significant decision, in a sector where reputation, discretion and long-standing relationships matter. We take time to understand your experience and ambitions before introducing any opportunity, and we introduce people to businesses rather than CVs to vacancies. When a suitable role arises you receive a brief, confidential summary of the client, the location and the package, and you decide whether to proceed. If you do, our director contacts you personally. Your details are never submitted to a prospective employer without your consent.

Take the next step in your jewellery career

Whether you are actively seeking a new position or simply exploring future opportunities, we invite you to join our specialist jewellery and watch recruitment network. Register your CV, create your professional profile and discover career opportunities across the UK and internationally.

Jewellery Stylist: connecting exceptional talent with exceptional brands since 2007.

Common questions
Do you recruit only for retail and workshop positions?

No. Our work spans every discipline within the jewellery and watch industry, including finance, IT, HR, marketing and merchandising.

Do I need luxury experience to be considered?

Not always. Many of our clients seek strong retail jewellers from businesses such as Ernest Jones, Beaverbrooks or Goldsmiths who are ready to progress. Tell us about your experience and we will advise you candidly on where you fit.

Will my current employer find out I am looking?

No. Your profile is never shared without your agreement, and you may ask us to exclude particular companies.

What does it cost me?

Nothing. Our clients pay our fees.

Which areas do you cover?

The whole of the UK, with most roles in London, Manchester, Liverpool, Birmingham and the South East, together with occasional international positions.
