Jewellery sales jobs: luxury retail and boutique careers

Discover career opportunities with established jewellers, prestigious jewellery houses and luxury watch retailers across the UK.

Established in 2007, Jewellery Stylist specialises exclusively in recruitment for the jewellery and watch industry, connecting experienced retail professionals with opportunities across the sector.

From established high-street jewellers to internationally recognised luxury maisons, we recruit for jewellery sales jobs at every level, including sales consultants, client advisors, senior sales professionals and boutique managers.

We understand that a successful career in luxury jewellery retail requires more than exceptional sales performance. Building lasting client relationships, delivering a personalised service and representing a brand with professionalism and discretion are equally important.

The roles

Sales professional and client advisor. Opportunities across established jewellery retailers, luxury watch boutiques and prestigious jewellery houses. These positions focus on delivering exceptional customer service, developing client relationships and achieving individual and boutique sales objectives. Basic salaries typically range from approximately £25,000 in regional locations to £35,000–£45,000 in London, with additional commission available at many businesses.

Senior sales, supervisor and assistant manager. For experienced retail professionals seeking greater responsibility, these positions offer opportunities to develop leadership skills, support boutique operations, mentor colleagues and contribute to commercial performance.

Boutique and store manager. Senior retail appointments involving responsibility for boutique performance, team development, client relationships and operational standards. Basic salaries vary considerably according to the location, scale and prestige of the business, with leading London boutiques offering substantial performance-related bonuses.

Who we place

Our candidates come from a wide range of established jewellery retailers, including Ernest Jones, Beaverbrooks, Goldsmiths, Mappin & Webb and Watches of Switzerland, as well as prestigious international jewellery and watch maisons.

We also work with accomplished professionals from luxury fashion and beauty retail who are interested in transferring their client service and commercial experience into the jewellery sector.

We recognise the value of individual ability, professional experience and career potential, rather than focusing solely on previous employers.
