Job Summary

The Luxury Watch Sales Professional is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert advice to clients seeking high-end timepieces. You will be an ambassador of the brand, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of luxury watches, maintaining high standards of product presentation, and achieving sales targets while ensuring a personalised shopping experience.

Responsibilities

Sales and Customer Service:

  • Engage and build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through the purchasing process.
  • Provide expert advice on luxury watches, including product features, benefits, and brand heritage.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through proactive client engagement and upselling techniques.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.

Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all watch brands and collections offered in the store.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new releases, and market conditions.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain a loyal client base through consistent follow-up, personalised communication, and CRM activities.
  • Manage a personal client book, scheduling appointments, and conducting private viewings

Store Presentation and Operations:

  • Ensure that the sales floor and displays are impeccably presented and stocked according to company standards.
  • Assist with inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in luxury retail, preferably within the watch or jewelry industry.
  • Exceptional sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with high-net-worth clients.
  • Passionate about luxury watches and knowledgeable about various brands, movements, and complications.
  • Professional appearance, with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering an elevated client experience.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital tools to manage client relationships.
