Job Summary
The Luxury Watch Sales Professional is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and expert advice to clients seeking high-end timepieces. You will be an ambassador of the brand, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of luxury watches, maintaining high standards of product presentation, and achieving sales targets while ensuring a personalised shopping experience.
Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Service:
- Engage and build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and guiding them through the purchasing process.
- Provide expert advice on luxury watches, including product features, benefits, and brand heritage.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs through proactive client engagement and upselling techniques.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and promptly.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of all watch brands and collections offered in the store.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new releases, and market conditions.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through consistent follow-up, personalised communication, and CRM activities.
- Manage a personal client book, scheduling appointments, and conducting private viewings
Store Presentation and Operations:
- Ensure that the sales floor and displays are impeccably presented and stocked according to company standards.
- Assist with inventory management, stock control, and visual merchandising.
- Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in luxury retail, preferably within the watch or jewelry industry.
