We are seeking a passionate and experienced Jewellery and Watch Sales Professional to join a dynamic sales team at a luxury jewellers based in Manchester.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by actively engaging with customers, providing product knowledge, and delivering exceptional service.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of jewellery and watch collections, including specifications, features, and brand heritage, to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients through personalised interactions, follow-ups, and after-sales support to foster long-term loyalty.
- Customer Experience: Ensure a memorable and seamless shopping experience for customers by offering personalised recommendations, assisting with selections, and resolving any inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Merchandising: Assist in maintaining an attractive and organised store environment by ensuring proper display of merchandise, and adhering to visual merchandising standards.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth and product differentiation.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with colleagues and management to contribute to a positive work environment, share best practices, and support collective goals.
Criteria:
- Previous experience selling Jewellery and Watches (essential, min 1 year)
- Experience selling high value watches
