In addition to greeting guests, you will provide essential administrative support and assist with watch sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Greeting and Concierge Service
- Warmly welcome all customers upon arrival, ensuring they feel valued and comfortable.
- Offer refreshments and guide clients to the appropriate departments based on their needs.
- Maintain a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere in the showroom, upholding the company’s high standards of customer care.
Administrative Support
- Assist the team with day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, and maintaining client records.
- Ensure all customer information is accurately entered into the company’s database and manage follow-up communication.
- Support with the organisation of events and promotional activities, providing logistical assistance.
Sales Support
- Collaborate with the sales team to assist in watch sales, including explaining product features and ensuring clients are provided with detailed information.
- Help with product displays and ensure the showroom is presentable and stocked with high-quality materials.
- Foster long-term relationships with customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of personalized service.
Requirements:
- Experience in luxury retail or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
