An exciting vacancy has arisen for a quality control professional with an ELITE Jewellery company based in London.

The Quality control team plays a crucial role in our operational business by overseeing daily quality-focussed tasks, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards and the company requirements. As a Quality Control Specialist, your main mission will be to leverage your technical product expertise to control products, understand the companies’ essential DNA and share feedback for improvements. What I need to do:

• Manage the daily quality control tasks & flow, from workshop deliveries, customer returns, repairs, special orders
• Support in the development and implementation of the quality control procedures
• Identify and communicate on quality issues in order to take corrective actions
• Analyse data to pinpoint areas for improvement and provide feedback to the teams
• Update and maintain quality reports and logs to monitor quality metrics, actively seeking for opportunities or improvements
• Build and maintain strong relationships with for internal and external stakeholders

What I need to know:

• Professional competencies.
• GIA diamond /gemstone qualification is a plus
• Background in Jewellery
• Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint
• Experience in a jewellery environment, a workshop, in a quality control team or product development
