As the Head of Retail & Online Jewellery, you will guide our team towards achieving success across our brand-new retail outlet and established online platforms. Your leadership will be instrumental in shaping and advancing our strategic vision for the jewellery division, ensuring that both our website and physical store reflect our ambition and resonate with our customer base, whilst delivering on growth and profitability.
This pivotal role requires an excellent understanding of the jewellery industry, detailed knowledge of market trends, consumer preferences, and the broader competitive environment. You will need to be able to source, appraise and price new and pre-owned/antique jewellery that resonate with both our in-store and online customers, aligning with our company’s goals and market position.

Main Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a team dedicated to achieving excellence in every aspect of the business and ensure profitability, growth and operational efficiency across all channels.
- Full ownership of the P&L for both online and physical retail environments.
- Expertly curate our jewellery product offering through the effective sourcing of new and pre-owned jewellery, using your expert knowledge to negotiate with suppliers and set pricing strategies.
- Appraise and purchase pre-owned/antique jewellery sourced from client sales and auctions.
- Take a leading role in establishing a new brand identity, online/offline look, feel and presence and help define our overall brand strategy. Ensure the brand identity is consistently represented and resonates with our target market both online and offline.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to define long-term strategies that align with the company’s goals and market opportunities.
- Ensure that the customer remains at the centre of our focus and that they always receive an intuitive user experience and seamless customer journey in-store and online, delivering a superior brand and shopping experience.
- Continuously analyse competitors and market conditions to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
The Ideal Candidate
- An experienced leader with a strong background in jewellery retail or e-commerce.
- Skilled in sourcing, appraising, and pricing jewellery, including pre-owned and antique items.
- Knowledgeable about the jewellery industry with an eye for design and detail.
