An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Sales Professional to join a prestigious luxury jewellers in Somerset. We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable individual with a proven track record in high-end retail who thrives in a client-focused, luxury environment.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Sales Excellence
- Provide an exceptional luxury shopping experience, offering expert advice on fine jewellery, diamonds, and timepieces.
- Develop strong client relationships, delivering personalised service and nurturing long-term customer loyalty.
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Product Knowledge & Brand Representation
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of fine jewellery, gemstones, and watch collections, staying up to date with industry trends.
- Confidently educate clients on the craftsmanship, heritage, and uniqueness of each piece.
- Represent the brand with professionalism and elegance, embodying the highest standards of luxury service.
Store Presentation & Operations
- Maintain immaculate store presentation and ensure visual merchandising is aligned with luxury brand guidelines.
- Assist with stock management, including inventory control, stock replenishment, and product care.
- Adhere to company policies, security measures, and compliance requirements at all times.
About You
✔ Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within fine jewellery or high-end watches.
✔ Passionate about delivering an exceptional client experience and building long-lasting relationships.
✔ Strong sales acumen with a results-driven approach and ability to exceed targets.
✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a refined and professional manner.
✔ Knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and luxury timepieces (GIA qualification or jewellery certification is a plus).
✔ Immaculately presented with a keen eye for detail and a natural affinity for luxury.Benefits
