About the Role
Our Procurement team plays a vital role in sourcing and preparing stones for production, ensuring they align with business needs and priorities.
We’re looking for a highly organised, fast-paced, and proactive individual to support the team and drive daily operations with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Tracking: Oversee the planning, tracking, and timely shipment of stones to ensure smooth operations.
Production Coordination: Allocate stones to production and collaborate with internal teams to maintain a seamless workflow.
Administrative Support: Manage daily paperwork, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
Adaptability: Take on additional tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills.
Skills & Experience
Diamond Expertise: GIA diamond qualification is essential.
Technical Proficiency: Strong Microsoft Excel skills for tracking, reporting, and data management.
Organised & Detail-Oriented: Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy.
Self-Motivated & Dynamic: Thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes initiative.
Time Management: Excellent ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Passion for Jewellery: A genuine enthusiasm for the industry and its products.
