The Role:
You’ll be the face of the brand within a luxury retail environment, offering a consultative sales approach and sharing your knowledge and passion for fine timepieces. Whether you're working with first-time buyers or seasoned collectors, your role will be to ensure every client receives a truly personalised experience.Key Responsibilities:
Provide an exceptional standard of customer service at all times
Build and nurture long-term client relationships with discretion and professionalism
Develop in-depth knowledge of the brand’s collections and heritage
Drive sales through one-on-one consultations and storytelling
Maintain boutique standards in line with brand expectations
Support with events, VIP appointments, and clienteling activities
Work towards individual and team targets in a positive, collaborative environment
