Description

We have a vacancy for a jewellery sales professional with a luxury jewellers based in Lincolnshire.

The Jewellery Sales Professional will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets within a small, high-end jewellery store. The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewellery, a keen eye for detail, and excellent interpersonal skills. This role involves guiding customers through their purchases, providing knowledgeable advice, and creating an enjoyable shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service:

  • Greet and engage customers in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Assist customers in selecting jewellery pieces that meet their needs and preferences.
  • Provide detailed information about products, including materials, craftsmanship, and care instructions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with professionalism and tact.

Sales:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the Store Manager.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Process sales transactions accurately using the store's point of sale (POS) system.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the jewellery market and current trends.

Merchandising:

  • Ensure that displays are clean, well-organised, and visually appealing.
  • Assist in setting up and arranging jewellery displays and promotional materials.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and report discrepancies to the Store Manager.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with stock replenishment.

Team Collaboration:

  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store objectives.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Share feedback and ideas to improve sales processes and customer experience.

Criteria:-

  • Previous experience in jewellery, watch or luxury sales (desirable)
  • A knowledge or passion for jewellery (desirable)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Immaculate presentation
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to go the extra mile for customers
  • Jewellery qualification, Jet 1, Jet 2 (desirable)
