They are now seeking a meticulous and experienced Stock Merchandiser to join their Manufacturing Department, working specifically with diamond product lines. This is a rare opportunity to contribute to the production process of some of the most exquisite fine jewellery pieces in the world.

The Role
This position plays a key part in maintaining the smooth and efficient flow of diamond inventory through the manufacturing process. You’ll work closely with internal teams including production and quality control to ensure that all materials are tracked, managed, and available when needed.

While a deep technical knowledge of diamonds is not essential, previous experience in merchandising or stock control within the fine jewellery industry is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the movement and tracking of diamond stock within the manufacturing workflow

• Liaise with production to ensure materials are available for scheduled work

• Maintain precise inventory records and reconcile stock discrepancies

• Prepare usage reports and inventory forecasts to support manufacturing planning

• Coordinate secure transfers of materials between departments and workshops

• Support the optimisation of internal systems and inventory procedures

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, security, and regulatory standards

Required Experience & Attributes

Must have:

• Proven experience in a merchandising or stock role within the fine jewellery sector

• Strong organisational and inventory management skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy when handling high-value items

• Confident using stock management systems (e.g. SAP, Excel)

• Collaborative mindset with strong communication skills

• Trusted, discreet, and capable of working in a secure and high-expectation environment

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with diamonds or gemstones (training can be provided)

• Experience working within a manufacturing or production-led team
