- Stay up to date with product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
Experience & Skills Required:
- Previous retail or sales experience is advantageous; however, full Rolex brand training will be provided online, in person, and via the Rolex Advisor App.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills and a friendly, engaging demeanor.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using various forms of communication to keep clients informed and engaged.
- A proactive problem-solving approach with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Computer literacy is essential.
