This role is integral to supporting the store’s success, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and luxury. Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
- Support the Store Manager in leading, mentoring, and motivating the team.
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training staff to ensure a high level of product knowledge and customer service.
- Oversee daily operations and delegate tasks effectively to ensure smooth workflow.
Sales & Customer Service:
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience, building strong relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met.
- Drive sales by providing expert advice on jewellery collections, materials, and trends.
- Manage customer inquiries, orders, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Operational Management:
- Support the Store Manager with stock control, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health and safety standards.
Key Requirements:
Experience:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the luxury retail or jewellery sector.
- Strong sales and customer service background.
Skills:

- Proficiency in handling point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
Knowledge:
