Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic, outgoing, and versatile Sales and Marketing Executive to join a luxury jewellers in London. The ideal candidate will seamlessly blend expertise in sales and client services with a flair for marketing and PR to help drive business growth and enhance brand presence. This role requires an individual who is passionate about luxury jewellery, excels at building relationships, and thrives in a client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Implementation:
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager to localise and execute marketing initiatives to attract new clientele within the Greater London market, including those visiting the capital.
- Provide regular updates and insights on local market trends, opportunities and marketing initiative performances
- Ensure consistent brand messaging while adapting communications for the Greater London audience
Local Relationship Building and Networking
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships within London’s luxury sector.
- Create and maintain relationships with local influencers, media and potential brand ambassadors
- Identify and capitalise on opportunities within the London luxury market to enhance brand presence
- Actively network within luxury circles to expand the boutique's client base
- Represent the brand at events
- Actively seek opportunities to connect with potential clients and expand the boutique's reach within the luxury market
- Promote the brand by leveraging social and professional networks
Event Management & Client Engagement
- Organise and execute local events and exclusive client experiences
- Build and maintain relationships with complementary luxury brands for collaborative opportunities
- Create engaging experiences that attract qualified foot traffic to the boutique
Sales & Client Services:
- Provide a personalised, high-level service to clients, ensuring a seamless and memorable shopping experience.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by leveraging expert knowledge of luxury jewellery and understanding client needs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals.
Client Relationship Development:
- Build a robust client database for the company, focusing on establishing and nurturing long-term relationships.
- Organize and participate in exclusive client events to strengthen engagement and loyalty.
Boutique Presentation:
- Ensure the boutique is always presented to the highest standard, reflecting the luxury and exclusivity of the brand.
- Provide input on product displays and visual merchandising to highlight the unique appeal of each piece aligning with marketing activities.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong understanding of marketing and public relations strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a warm, friendly, and professional demeanour.
- Proven experience in luxury sales, preferably within the jewellery industry.
