We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Jewellery Wholesale Account Manager for a established and successful luxury jewellery business based in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing wholesale accounts across the UK. This field-based role requires a blend of strategic sales expertise, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep passion and knowledge for high-end jewellery.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale clients.
- Provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular visits to clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Business Development:
- Identify and target potential new wholesale clients.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the client base and increase market share.
Sales and Performance:
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to maximise profitability.
Product Knowledge:
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our high jewellery collections.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Criteria:
- Proven experience in a similar role within the jewellery industry.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel across the UK.
- A passion for luxury jewellery and a good understanding of market dynamics.
