Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Jewellery Wholesale Account Manager for a established and successful luxury jewellery business based in the UK. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing wholesale accounts across the UK. This field-based role requires a blend of strategic sales expertise, excellent relationship-building skills, and a deep passion and knowledge for high-end jewellery.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing wholesale clients.
  • Provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular visits to clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

Business Development:

  • Identify and target potential new wholesale clients.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the client base and increase market share.

Sales and Performance:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to maximise profitability.

Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain an in-depth knowledge of our high jewellery collections.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.

Criteria:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within the jewellery industry.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel across the UK.
  • A passion for luxury jewellery and a good understanding of market dynamics.
