- Description
The Merchandising team is responsible for the assortment and management of all product in the retail network. They work to ensure that stores are supported with the right merchandise at the right time while maintaining the integrity of brand image. The team is focused on maximising stock, sales and sell-thru.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daily support for store requests, deliveries, and stock requests to facilitate all selling efforts
- Arrange regional shipments by coordinating with the Shipping and Sales Liaison departments.
- Support the Merchandising team with product presentations and coordinate photoshoots with the studio
- Allocate and rebalance stock under the direction of the Merchandising team
- Assist the Merchandising team in implementing regional pricing updates, conducting market research and competitor analysis
- Run daily and weekly sales and stock reports, and provide administrative support to the Merchandising team
- Perform ad hoc tasks as needed
Skills and Ability:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Detailed-oriented, thorough and committed to accuracy
- Highly driven, self-motivated, and curious
- Good communication skill and a strong team player
- Good time management and prioritisation skills
- Interest in Jewellery and basic diamond knowledge is beneficial
- Previous experience in retail merchandising is appreciated
