Responsibilities:
- Engage with discerning customers, delivering a personalised and memorable shopping experience.
- Demonstrate expert knowledge of Rolex timepieces, including their heritage, craftsmanship, and technical details.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored recommendations based on individual preferences and needs.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets while upholding the high standards of the brand.
- Provide after-sales support and cultivate long-term relationships to drive repeat business.
- Stay up to date with market trends and new product releases to offer informed guidance to clients.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in luxury watch sales, ideally with Rolex or other high-end watch brands.
- Experience selling Patek Philippe is highly desirable.
- Rolex brand training is desirable.
- A passion for horology and a deep understanding of the luxury market.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with VIP clients.
- A professional and polished appearance, suited to a luxury retail environment.
- A self-motivated individual with a strong track record of exceeding sales targets.
